Position Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Experience Required: 2 to 3 years

Location: Porur, Chennai.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and products. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing Strategy:

• Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
  

• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Website, Instagram).
  

2. Content Marketing:

• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written).
  

• Ensure brand consistency across digital channels.
  

3. SEO & SEM:

• Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting.
  

• Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy.
  

4. Social Media Management:

• Develop, manage, and track campaigns on various social media platforms.
  

• Engage with online communities and respond to comments and posts.
  

5. Email Marketing:

• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
  

• Prepare and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and keep current customers engaged.
  

6. Analytics & Reporting:

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  

• Use Google Analytics and other tools to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  

7. PPC Advertising:

• Manage and optimize paid search engine marketing campaigns.
  

• Analyze performance data and adjust PPC strategy to maximize ROI.
  

8. Stay Updated:

• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
  

Qualifications:

- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.

- Skills:

• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  

• Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  

• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
