We are looking for a Public Relations Head to design and implement marketing strategies that cultivate our relationships with media, engage our target audience and boost our brand awareness.
Strong interpersonal supervisory skills with public relations expertise.
Leadership capability to manage and inspire a small team. Experienced candidates preferred.
Tech‑savvy: basic tool skills in Canva, image/video editing, and social media platforms for content creation.
Creative storyteller with an eye for aesthetic content and narrative flow—able to craft stories that resonate emotionally.
Multi‑lingual communicator: fluent in Bengali, English & Hindi—able to engage diverse community audiences.
Monitor media coverage, analyze PR metrics, and report insights.
Create and share compelling brand narratives about the organisation
Build and sustain relationships with media, influencers, and community partners.
Design visual and textual content—social campaigns, press releases, graphic assets, short video edits using Canva or similar tools.
Lead PR initiatives with defined budgets, train team members, guide workflow and content quality.
