Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
1. Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research, analyze consumer behavior, and identify trends to inform digital marketing strategies.
2. Social Media Marketing:
- Manage and execute social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
- Create engaging content, respond to comments, and monitor social media analytics.
3. Email Marketing:
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, offers, and brand news.
- Manage email lists, create content, and analyze campaign performance.
4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, analyze SEO metrics, and implement SEO best practices.
5. Paid Advertising:
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Conduct ad targeting, budgeting, and optimization.
6. Content Creation:
- Develop high-quality content (blog posts, product descriptions, videos, etc.) to engage audiences.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to create compelling content.
7. Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze digital marketing metrics (website traffic, engagement, conversions, etc.).
- Provide regular reporting and insights to inform future marketing strategies.
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
