Job Summary:

We are seeking a result-oriented and creative Digital Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of relevant experience to lead our online marketing initiatives for our pathology services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads through various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for B2C and B2B healthcare audiences.

Manage SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, and healthcare-specific directories.

Create and manage engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and the company website.

Monitor analytics and prepare reports on campaign performance (using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).

Manage website updates and SEO improvements (technical and content-wise).

Coordinate with the design and content team to develop marketing creatives and campaign materials.

Build and manage online reputation through Google reviews and patient testimonials.

Run local digital promotions and geo-targeted ads to drive leads from specific areas or clinics.

Plan and execute WhatsApp and SMS marketing campaigns for health packages and diagnostics offers.

---Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or pathology sector.

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing.

Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, etc.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
