Mehta Steels (www.mehtasteels.in) is a leading and fast-growing organization in the steel industry, focused on innovation, excellence, and delivering results. We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth, generate a minimum of 20 qualified sales leads per day, manage multi-channel campaigns, and monetize our YouTube assets — including our main channel and 4 additional YouTube channels under our brand.


Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Execution


  • Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage digital campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Lead and coordinate with teams across content, design, development, and media buying.
  • Monitor key metrics (traffic, conversions, ROI) and optimize accordingly.


Performance Marketing


  • Launch and manage lead generation campaigns (PPC, SEO, email, affiliate).
  • Deliver minimum 20 relevant sales leads per day through performance channels.
  • Focus on lowering customer acquisition cost and increasing ROI.
  • Implement and manage pay-per-action models with clear tracking systems.


Content & Communication


  • Oversee content creation across website, landing pages, emails, and social media.
  • Maintain brand consistency and effective messaging in all digital touchpoints.
  • Plan and manage content calendars and ensure timely execution.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and tools.


YouTube & Video Marketing


  • Monetize the company�s primary YouTube channel and manage 4 additional channels.
  • Grow subscribers, engagement, and watch time through strategic content planning.
  • Optimize video SEO and coordinate with video editors/designers.


SEO & Social Media


  • Improve website rankings through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
  • Manage and grow the brand's presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Analyze performance and continuously improve content and strategy.


Analytics & Reporting


  • Track and report campaign performance weekly and monthly.
  • Present actionable insights to management.
  • Continuously test and improve campaigns using performance data.


Required Skills & Experience


  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Experience in YouTube channel growth and monetization.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to manage digital marketing budgets and collaborate across teams.


Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)


  • Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress, HTML/CSS.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
