About the Role


We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Digital/Social Media Specialist to manage and expand our social media presence across key platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and WeChat. Reporting to the Digital Demand Generation Manager, you will execute global and regional social campaigns, manage day-to-day publishing, and help drive traffic, brand awareness, and engagement.


You’ll play a key role in shaping our online presence, developing and maintaining a social media editorial calendar, and utilizing analytics to inform and enhance future content. Key Responsibilities


Social Media Management


Own day-to-day management of global social media channels, including LinkedIn, YouTube, WeChat, and others


Schedule, publish, and monitor social media posts aligned with the campaign and messaging strategy


Develop and maintain a global social media editorial calendar in coordination with the content and campaign teams


Content Execution & Engagement


Develop engaging posts, visuals, and videos to support campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives


Participate in social listening, online conversations, and community building to grow our following and increase engagement


Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure social assets reflect brand voice and visual identity


Campaign Integration


Support product launches, events, and content campaigns through coordinated social media activity


Ensure social posts and campaigns are aligned with marketing objectives and adapted to suit each platform


Coordinate with regional marketing teams for localized social content when applicable


Measurement & Reporting


Track and report on key social media KPIs, including follower growth, engagement rate, and traffic to the website


Use insights and analytics tools to refine posting strategy and improve reach and relevance


Support A/B testing of post formats, content types, and timing to enhance performance


Required Skills & Experience


2–3 years of experience managing B2B social media programs, preferably in SaaS, technology, or manufacturing sectors


Demonstrated success growing and engaging followers on LinkedIn and other digital platforms


Strong writing and editing skills with an understanding of tone and content types appropriate for professional audiences


Experience using scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, native platform analytics)


Strong visual and creative sense with the ability to collaborate on multimedia content


Organised, proactive, and comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced environment


Preferred Qualifications


Experience working with global brands or distributed marketing teams


Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express)


Understanding of SEO and its impact on social media traffic


Knowledge of the packaging, print, or manufacturing industry is a plus
