We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who will play a key role in driving customer engagement and retention through Email Marketing, WhatsApp Campaigns, Push Notifications, and SMS.
In this role, you’ll design and execute automated customer journeys, personalized campaigns, and lifecycle strategies that boost retention, reduce churn, and grow customer lifetime value.
- Plan, create, and execute campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, Push, and SMS channels
- Build automated workflows for onboarding, re-engagement, and loyalty
- Develop customer segmentation strategies for targeted communication
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging campaign assets
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results (open rates, CTRs, conversions)
- Use tools like Mailchimp, CleverTap, MoEngage, etc., to manage and execute campaigns
- Ensure data privacy compliance (eg. GDPR, CCPA)
- 1�3 years of experience in email/CRM/retention marketing
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Experience with Shopify or other E-Commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with referral, loyalty, or rewards programs.
- Knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel, or UTM tracking for campaign analysis.
