About the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated

E-commerce Account Manager / Intern to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of Amazon and Shopify platforms, with a passion for online retail, product optimization, and e-commerce logistics.

This role is perfect for someone who understands product listing, e-commerce SEO, and backend operations like inventory and logistics using tools like

Shiprocket and Shopify.

Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce stores (Amazon, Shopify) Upload and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and meta-data (SEO best practices) Monitor and update inventory across platforms ensuring 100% stock accuracy Handle order processing, tracking, returns and basic customer service coordination Coordinate with logistics partners (e.g., Shiprocket) for timely dispatch and deliveries Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports Support in launching new SKUs and seasonal campaigns Identify opportunities for process improvements in the e-commerce workflow

Required Skills: Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Shopify backend Understanding of e-commerce SEO and keyword optimization for product listings Familiarity with inventory management and order lifecycle Basic understanding of logistics operations and coordination tools like Shiprocket Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment

Tools & Platforms: Shopify (Mandatory) Amazon Seller Central Shiprocket (Mandatory) Excel/Google Sheets for inventory and reporting Preferred Certifications: Certified E-commerce Account Manager Amazon or Flipkart Marketplace Certification
