- Communicate promptly via phone, email, and WhatsApp to address queries, nurture prospects, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Share comprehensive details about programs, fees, application processes, and career prospects.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships to assist prospective students throughout their decision-making journey.
- Record all interactions, follow-ups, and progress accurately in the CRM system.
- Achieve or surpass weekly and monthly targets related to lead conversion and enrollments.
- Bachelor�s or Master�s degree in any field.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, student-focused approach.
- Experience in education counseling, EdTech, admissions, or student services is a plus but not mandatory.
