Freelance HR Recruiter (Part-Time & Work from Home) – Female Candidates Only
Minimum 6 working hours daily (Mon to Sat).
Time can be split between two blocks: 10:00am-2:00pm and 4:00pm–7:30pm.
Candidates must be available across both time blocks to fulfill the minimum daily hour requirement.
Fixed pay: ₹2,000 per month
Performance incentive: 10% of annual CTC for every successful closure
(Earn ₹10,000–₹12,000+/month)
End to End recruitments(source candidates, data calling & screening applicants, coordinate interviews, follow up till joining, update and maintain data in Google Sheets)
Females aged 32–45 years
Good command over English (spoken and written)
Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills
Must have laptop, SIM and stable internet
Homemakers, Women restarting careers, Retired professionals, serious, sincere and committed to work-from-home
