Front Desk Representative to undertake all patient and office management duties. You will be the “face†of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.â— Act as the first point of contact for patients and customers
â— Appointment Booking over call and for walk-in patients, including basic query resolutions from potential patients
â— Managing patient flow for ongoing patient treatments such as coordinating time slots with doctor and patients, answering basic patient queries etc
â— Manage Billing + Payments; Regular Reporting of daily business with HQ Team
â— Responsible for the upkeep and smooth functioning of the centre
â— Maintain inventory including pharmaceuticals, treatment essentials and other goods sold
â— Maintain essential resources for the smooth functioning of the centre
â— Coordinating with local vendors to ensure smooth functioning of the centre
â— Coordinating with HQ to replenish resources and inventory on a monthly basis
â— Staff Management such as ensuring regular attendance
â— 1-2 years of prior working experience
â— Intermediate computer skills are a must
â— Strong communication and people skills
