Garment Technician for Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control:Garment Technicians meticulously inspect garments for flaws, defects, and inconsistencies, ensuring they adhere to quality control standards.
  
• Fit Assessment:They analyze and evaluate the fit of garments, making adjustments as needed to improve comfort and appearance.
  
• Fabric and Trim Evaluation:Technicians monitor fabric and trim performance, researching and selecting materials that meet quality and performance standards.
  
• Technical Specification Management:They develop and maintain detailed technical specifications, size charts, and fit guidelines for garments.
  
• Production Optimization:Garment Technicians work to optimize production processes, reducing lead times and costs while maintaining quality.
  
• Communication and Collaboration:They liaise with suppliers, customers, designers, and production teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  
• Problem-Solving:They identify and resolve production issues, working with factory staff to implement solutions.
  
• Sample Development:Technicians are involved in creating and approving sample garments, making necessary adjustments and modifications.
  
• Technical Training:They may provide technical training to factory staff on quality standards and production processes.
