We’re a fast-growing marketing and personal branding agency working with founders, creators, and startups. We're looking for a skilled Graphic Designer who understands content that performs and can create visually engaging designs for social media, brand campaigns, and digital content.
- Create scroll-stopping designs for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Design carousels, reels covers, stories, infographics, and ad creatives
- Maintain visual consistency across client brands
- Collaborate with content writers, social media managers, and video editors
- Adapt and repurpose designs for different formats and platforms
- Stay updated with design trends, platform best practices, and content styles
- Deliver designs on deadline and be open to feedback and quick edits
- 2�4 years of graphic design experience (agency experience is a bonus)
- Strong portfolio of social media work and branding projects
- Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator( bonus if video editing knowledge)
- Understanding of modern design aesthetics, typography, and layout
- Attention to detail and a good design sense for brand tonality
- Comfortable managing multiple design tasks and quick turnarounds
- (Bonus) Basic knowledge of motion graphics or reel editing
- Work with multiple exciting brands and creators
- Creative freedom and ownership of your work
