Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design :

• Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, logos, and other design elements for websites, social media, print, and digital marketing materials.
  
• Develop creative concepts and execute design projects from start to finish, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional materials, advertisements, brochures, banners, and more.
  
• Ensure all design work is high-quality, visually consistent, and aligns with the company�s branding and style guidelines.
  

Video Editing :

• Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, engaging videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and advertisements.
  
• Add effects, transitions, graphics, and music to enhance the visual storytelling and maintain viewer engagement.
  
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards that effectively convey the intended message.
  
• Optimize video content for different platforms and formats, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
  

Multimedia Production:

• Create motion graphics, animations, and other multimedia elements to enhance video content and marketing campaigns.
  
• Assist in the planning, shooting, and production of video content, including setting up equipment, lighting, and sound recording.
  
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, video editing techniques, and multimedia tools to continuously improve content quality.
  

Project Management:

• Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time.
  
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand project requirements and provide regular updates.
  
• Maintain organized files and manage digital assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval for future projects.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor�s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or in a similar role.
  
• Proficiency in design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and video editing projects.
  
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
  
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas effectively.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in 3D modeling, animation, or motion graphics.
  
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
  
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies and how to create content that supports them.
  
• Experience with photography and videography.
  

Salary: 14K to 25K per month
