Job Description


The Growth Marketing Generalist will own our entire acquisition engine.


You will design hypotheses, launch rapid-fire tests, and double-down on


anything that improves north-star leads to revenue. Expect to partner daily


with Product, RevOps, Data, and Sales, while keeping one eye on brand


consistency and the other on incremental revenue.


With a hands-on “distribution engine,†you will orchestrate organic channels


such as SEO, content repurposing, community, partnerships, newsletters,


podcasts, and referral loops to compound reach and revenue.


  • Own end-to-end distribution charter - responsible for demand

generation & MQL/SQL tracking via marketing activities


  • Repurpose and distribute content � slice webinars, case studies


and whitepapers into blog posts, LinkedIn carousels, newsletter


swaps and podcast talking points to 10à— reach.


  • Cultivate communities � actively participate in relevant


forums/Slack groups, host AMAs, and launch a private user


community to drive advocacy and feedback loops.


  • Forge partnerships � secure guest posts, co-marketing


webinars, integration marketplace listings and newsletter


cross-promotions that deliver qualified traffic without paid


spend.


  • Own lifecycle comms � craft onboarding, activation and


retention sequences that move users through the AARRR


framework.


  • Report on distribution ROI � build dashboards tying content


pieces and community initiatives to pipeline, retaining the agility


to double-down or pivot fast.

Requirements


  • 2-3 years of growth marketing experience with a B2B SaaS


company.


  • Must be a Hubspot/Salesforce power user with expertise


spanning across - Email marketing, CRM tracking, Lead


management & funnel optimization
