  • Information Provision:Providing detailed information about the restaurant, its menu, specials, and any ongoing events or promotions.
  • Handling Inquiries and Complaints:Addressing guest questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, aiming for satisfactory resolutions.
  • Coordinating Services:Organizing and facilitating various guest requests, including reservations, special dietary needs, and other personalized services.
  • Maintaining Guest Records:Keeping accurate records of guest interactions, feedback, and preferences for future reference and personalized service.
  • Promoting the Restaurant:Highlighting the restaurant's offerings and encouraging guests to explore different aspects of the dining experience.
  • VIP and Special Guest Management:Providing extra attention and tailored services to VIP or corporate guests, building strong relationships with them.
  • Collaboration with Other Teams:Working closely with other restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitoring and Reporting:Tracking guest feedback and identifying areas for improvement in guest experience.
