Summary


The Head, Global Content Development and Delivery, will lead an expert global team dedicated to the creation and delivery of Publications and Global Content across different channels. The role holder will be accountable for compliance and quality of all deliverables, in alignment with internal and external compliance and regulatory requirements. In addition, the role holder will be driving innovation and digital technologies for publication writing, content development and dissemination. Medical communications industry leadership, excellent senior stakeholder management skills at all levels, team leadership and strategic vision are required.

About the Role


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Drive creation and delivery of Publications and Global Content across different channels
  • Ensure quality and compliance with all relevant internal SOPs/guidelines and external regulatory requirements
  • Drive operational excellence, track progress and identify improvement opportunities and best practices
  • Ensure timely and quality deliverables
  • High-touch stakeholder relationships
  • Drive the innovation agenda for publications and content development and dissemination
  • Plan and manage the resources to meet current needs as well as plan for future initiatives
  • Global leadership, engaging and overseeing performance management and career development of associates in all locations
  • Build talent pipeline, succession plans and provide leadership for career development paths


Role requirements


  • Education: Advanced Science/Healthcare Degree minimum; Business Degree desirable
  • Pharmaceutical company/Medical Communications agency experience (minimum 10 years)
  • Languages: English, written and verbal
  • Excellent communication, people management, stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Strong and proactive business result focus, and proven ability to provide insights that increase productivity
