We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistant to provide basic personal care and daily living support to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have completed basic education, possess a caring attitude, and be eager to assist individuals who need help with routine tasks due to age, illness, or disability.
- Assist patients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support patients with mobility � helping them move around safely within the home
- Assist with feeding and ensuring patients take their meals and medications as scheduled
- Monitor and report any changes in the patient�s condition to the supervisor
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the patient�s immediate surroundings
- Follow safety protocols and infection control practices
- Accompany patients to medical appointments if needed
- Completed basic education (minimum 10th standard or equivalent)
- Prior experience in caregiving (preferred but not mandatory � training will be provided)
- Ability to communicate clearly and patiently
- Empathy, compassion, and a service-oriented mindset
- Physically fit and capable of handling patient-related tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or night shifts if needed
