We’re now looking for an HR Generalist to anchor and evolve our HR function as we scale.As our first dedicated HR professional, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end people operations — from hiring and onboarding to engagement, HR processes, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, enjoys building systems from scratch, and thrives in a fast-paced, tech-adjacent environment.
- Own full-cycle recruitment across sales, ad ops, and tech/product functions
- Build a strong hiring pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, and agency tie-ups
- Coordinate structured onboarding and induction for new hires
- Maintain HR records, attendance, leave tracking, and contract documentation
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and basic compliance tasks (ESIC, PF, etc.)
- Maintain and communicate HR policies aligned with startup best practices
- Assist founders in setting up a review process with clear OKRs and KPIs
- Drive employee engagement through regular feedback, 1-on-1s, and pulse surveys
- Organize occasional offsites, team lunches, and celebrations
- Help define compensation benchmarks and role structures as we scale
- Define HR Policy
- Contribute to building a strong employer brand via social hiring and internal branding
- 2�4 years of HR experience in digital marketing firm, or SaaS company
- Strong understanding of HR operations, hiring, and basic labor law compliance
- Ability to work autonomously, with strong initiative and follow-through
- Familiarity with HRMS tools, Microsoft 365, and Excel
