HR and Marketing Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both Human Resource functions and Marketing strategies, especially in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records
- Support HR documentation and policy updates
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Assist in content creation for social media, blogs, and marketing campaigns
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Support digital marketing activities such as SEO, email campaigns, and website updates
- Coordinate marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities
- Help manage analytics and report on marketing performance
- Final year students or recent graduates in MBA/BBA/B.Com/BA (HR/Marketing/Business) or any relevant field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, etc.)
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Knowledge of Canva, Excel, or basic marketing tools is a plus
- Exposure to real-time HR operations and marketing strategy
- Mentorship from experienced professionals
- Certificate of Internship upon successful completion
