We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team, focusing on talent acquisition for our plant/manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a similar industrial setting and be familiar with blue-collar and technical hiring.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding for various roles, especially technical and plant-level positions.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Develop and post job advertisements through job portals, social media, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule technical rounds.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Manage candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes in coordination with the HR team.
- Support other HR activities as needed during manpower planning, audits, or employee engagement events.
- Bachelor / Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2�3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a plant or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate evaluation.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment.
- Male candidates preferred.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
