We're searching for a seasoned HR Generalist to join our team and manage diverse HR functions, encompassing recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration
. This role primarily focuses on end-to-end recruitment (70%), along with HR operations (30%). The ideal candidate should have at least 1yr of experience in recruitment & basic exposure to core HR functions.- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Understand job requirements & create JD postings on different job portals like Naukri, Indeed and other platforms.
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, & databases.
- Conduct Initial screening & schedule interviews with HR Executive.
- Maintain candidate pipelines & update recruitment trackers.
- Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, joining formalities etc.
- Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, rules & regulations of company.
- Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records in software.
- Help plan & execute employee engagement initiatives/ events.
- Exp. in recruitment consultancy or in-house HR team.
- Exposure to any attendance software tools.
- Strong time management & coordination skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
