Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage our recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sourcing talent, building strong relationships, and supporting the company’s hiring goals through effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial interactions to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process
Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-ups
Maintain recruitment records and update the applicant tracking system regularly
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
0–2 years of experience in recruitment or a related HR role (freshers with relevant internships are welcome to apply)
