• Proven experience in conducting various types of interviews (structured, stress, competency-based).
  
• Proficiency in selection techniques including phone screening and reference checks.
  
• Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and CMS tools.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Excellent decision-making and candidate assessment abilities.
