As an

HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying potential candidates, explaining our services, and onboarding them into our training and placement ecosystem. This is not just recruitment — it's candidate consulting + sales.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
  • Understand each candidate's background, career gap (if any), and career goals
  • Clearly explain our services: resume creation, technical training, resume marketing, mock interviews, placement process, and job support
  • Maintain follow-ups with interested candidates
  • Coordinate with internal trainers and marketing team for smooth onboarding
  • Achieve weekly/monthly conversion targets
  • Maintain candidate database using Excel/CRM/Sheets


Requirements:


  • 6 months � 2 years experience in recruitment or sales (IT/non-IT)
  • Good communication & convincing skills (English Only)
  • Understanding of IT roles (Java, Python, QA, BA, etc.) is a plus
  • Ability to explain services confidently over call, WhatsApp, and Zoom
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized


Salary/Compensation:


Fixed Salary + Incentives (based on conversions)
