As an
HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying potential candidates, explaining our services, and onboarding them into our training and placement ecosystem. This is not just recruitment — it's candidate consulting + sales.- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
- Understand each candidate's background, career gap (if any), and career goals
- Clearly explain our services: resume creation, technical training, resume marketing, mock interviews, placement process, and job support
- Maintain follow-ups with interested candidates
- Coordinate with internal trainers and marketing team for smooth onboarding
- Achieve weekly/monthly conversion targets
- Maintain candidate database using Excel/CRM/Sheets
- 6 months � 2 years experience in recruitment or sales (IT/non-IT)
- Good communication & convincing skills (English Only)
- Understanding of IT roles (Java, Python, QA, BA, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to explain services confidently over call, WhatsApp, and Zoom
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized
