• Onboarding � end-to-end onboarding process of new hire, employee documentation, HR Inductions,
  
• Payroll �preparing monthly payroll inputs files, tracking monthly increments, bonus payout, exit process, full and final settlement, tracking resignation acceptance, and issuing exit documents to exit employees.
  
• Employee Engagement � conducting monthly employee events in-office/virtual on social media, planning festive days celebrations, and organizing various office events, on as needed basis.
  
• Employee Queries � responsible for monitoring and reverting to all kinds of employee queries through HR helpdesk tools.
  
• HR Reports � responsible for updating various HR reports eg. Employee MIS, Employee salary reports, Employee exit reports, HR rewards payout, R&R points redemptions reports, leave-attendance reports, HR helpdesk reports and ant other HR reports to be prepared on a need basis.
  
• Graduation compulsory from any stream
