Job Description-Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and Evaluate Influencers: Research and identify potential influencers and

creators who align with the brand's target audience and values.

2. Build Relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with influencers

and creators through clear and professional communication.

3. Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate terms and contracts with influencers, ensuring

mutually beneficial agreements.

4. Coordinate Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and

coordinate influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of content.

5. Finalize Collaborations: Ensure all agreements are signed, and details are

finalized with influencers before campaign launch.

6. Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track and analyze the performance of

influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

7. Stay Updated with Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in influencer

marketing, social media platforms, and digital marketing strategies.

8. Report Results: Prepare and present reports on the eƯectiveness of influencer

campaigns, highlighting key metrics and outcomes.

Qualifications:

ï‚· Proven experience in influencer marketing or a related field.

ï‚· Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

ï‚· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

ï‚· Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies.

ï‚· Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).

ï‚· Ability to analyse data and report on campaign performance.

ï‚· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

(preferred).

Nice to Have:

ï‚· Experience with influencer marketing platforms, such as AspireIQ, HYPR, or

Up fluence.

ï‚· Knowledge of social media advertising, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook,

etc.

ï‚· Experience working with brands in the Beauty & Personal Care sector.
