We are seeking a
confident and results-driven Inside Sales Executive (Female Only) for our Andheri East office to promote and sell our range of IT services including customized software development, mobile app development, and e-commerce website development.The ideal candidate will be responsible for
lead generation, client communication, and closing sales through a variety of channels. She must have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets.- Conduct cold calling to potential clients to pitch our IT services
- Perform bulk emailing and WhatsApp campaigns to generate leads
- Generate leads through social media marketing efforts
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable service packages
- Send quotations and follow up regularly to close deals
- Maintain consistent and strong follow-ups with prospects
- Coordinate with clients for meetings, demos, and service clarifications
- Maintain records of leads, interactions, and sales in CRM
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to identify potential leads
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and relationship building
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/Software Services Sales
- Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and inside sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital outreach platforms
- Must be able to work independently and handle pressure
- Female candidates only, as per role requirement
- Preferred: Candidates residing near Andheri East or nearby areas
