We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Inside Sales Representative to join our IT sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing inbound and outbound leads, and driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our IT products and solutions. This position is ideal for someone who has a passion for technology and enjoys building relationships with clients over phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Proactively engage potential B2B clients via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate leads and close sales.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate IT solutions including hardware, software, cloud services, and support packages.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries to convert leads into customers.
Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to develop customized proposals and quotes.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and ensuring satisfaction post-sale.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and company products/services.
Prepare and deliver periodic sales reports and forecasts to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of IT products and services (e.g., cloud computing, SaaS, cybersecurity, networking).
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
