Our people make all the difference in our success. This role is an IT Project Management Analyst within the Pharmacy+ Technology organization. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed portfolio financial analysis and budget management tools within the Pharmacy+ organization.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a high-paced operational environment. Someone who is flexible with their services and outputs to meet the specific needs of others. Someone who is comfortable flexing into different work types based on existing priorities/demands. This role will act as an independent contributor aligned to support both specific leadership needs while finding ways to help drive efficiency and quality into broader more shared operational processes that span multiple stakeholders.

• Lead financial reporting and logistics for Pharmacy+ portfolio
  
• Support reporting for monthly and quarterly reviews and deliverables and other ad hoc reporting needs
  
• Maintain a robust financial tracking model, which is leveraged to develop our monthly and quarterly financial results
  
• Analyze data from multiple sources across various toolsets within the enterprise to design and develop views and extracts making the process repeatable
  
• Designing, developing and deploying visual dashboards or reports that integrate, simplify and streamline data consumption using Excel and Tableau
  
• Using SQL to write queries and perform tasks to create datasets
  
• Communicating findings and coordinating with peers, leaders and business partners
  
• Understanding business needs to better inform reporting and analytics duties
  
• Assist with budget setting for technology delivery teams

• Analytical mind with outstanding ability to collect and analyze data specifically mastery in Excel.
  
• Ability to identify and automate processes where applicable

• 1-3 Years of Experience
  
• College degree (Bachelor) in project management, computer science or related field
  
• Microsoft Office Suite � specifically mastery in Excel and Power Point
  
• Tableau
