Understand job requirements and technical skill sets for IT roles (developers, testers, analysts etc.)
Source potential candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job boards, and social media)
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate data in the recruitment tracker
Build a strong pipeline for future hiring needs
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Stay updated with current recruitment trends and IT market insights
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor�s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of IT recruitment experience.
Strong understanding of IT technologies and terminologies (Java, .NET, SQL, etc.)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in hiring for IT product or service-based companies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Educational background in IT or related fields (e.g., BSc IT, BCA, MCA) is an added advantage
