Core Responsibilities:


Institutional Relationship Management:


à˜ Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers (pathologists, lab managers, procurement officers, administrators) in target institutions.


à˜ Understanding the specific needs and requirements of each institution.


à˜ Acting as a primary point of contact for all institutional inquiries and support.


à˜ Sales and Business Development:


à˜ Promoting and selling the company's IVD products and solutions to institutions.


à˜ Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.


à˜ Preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals.


à˜ Meeting and exceeding sales targets.


Technical Product Knowledge and Support:


à˜ Possessing a strong understanding of the company's IVD product portfolio and its applications.


à˜ Providing technical information and support to customers.


à˜ Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions.


à˜ Addressing technical inquiries and resolving customer issues.


Tender and Contract Management:


à˜ Managing the tender process for government and institutional clients.


à˜ Preparing and submitting tender documents.


à˜ Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements.


à˜ Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.


Market Analysis and Reporting:


à˜ Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.


à˜ Providing feedback to the company on customer needs and market opportunities.


à˜ Preparing regular sales reports and forecasts.


à˜ Maintaining records of sales and customer interactions.


Regulatory Compliance:


à˜ Understanding and adhering to all relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, CE, local regulations).


à˜ Ensuring that all sales and marketing activities comply with applicable regulations.


à˜ Facilitating the proper documentation for instillation and usage of IVD products.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


Education:


à˜ Bachelor's degree in medical technology, biology, chemistry, business administration, or a related field.


à˜ Master's degree or relevant certifications are preferred.


Experience:


à˜ Proven experience in sales or business development within the IVD or healthcare industry.


à˜ Experience working with institutions like hospitals, medical colleges, and government organizations.


à˜ Experience in managing tenders and contracts.


Skills:


à˜ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


à˜ Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.


à˜ Technical proficiency in IVD products and applications.


à˜ Knowledge of the healthcare market and regulatory environment.

Working hours:
