Our mystery shoppers anonymously evaluate customer service, operations, employee integrity, merchandising, and product quality, etc. for our clients.

Managing mystery shopping assignments

• Scheduling mystery shoppers through phone/mail for audits across India
  
• Editing the mystery audit reports for quality
  

Business Analytics: We provide clients with expert analysis to help them drive results. You will be responsible for:

• Analysis and presentation of data.
  
• To help understand key trends across outlets
  
• To help simplify complex data & make it meaningful for your business
  
• Key Customer Insights: To help understand what customers want and what they expect.
  

• To analyze what is being delivered and its impact what we look for? Who would be an ideal candidate?

• Creating dynamic reports with PivotTables.
  

• Building formulas.
  

• Cell formatting.
  

• Managing large datasets with functions: IF, SUM, INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP.
  

• Task automation.
  

• Manipulate date, time, text, and arrays.
  

• Building charts and graphs.
