Junior HR to support our HR department with day-to-day operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, and HR documentation. You will be working directly at AugmntX, this is a talent marketplace platform.
- Assist in sourcing candidates and screening resumes
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Support onboarding formalities and induction processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Help organize HR activities like employee engagement and training
- Assist in maintaining attendance and leave records
- Support documentation for HR policies, letters, and reports
- Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- candidates with 6 months up to 1 year of HR experience can apply
- Basic understanding of HR functions and practices
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
