We are seeking a strategic and experienced
Account Manager to spearhead client relationships across India in the EdTech SaaS domain. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in education technology, extensive exposure to SaaS products, and a proven track record of working with reputed academic institutions. International client-handling experience is a must.- Lead client engagements with Indian universities and colleges.
- Drive onboarding, product implementation, and ongoing relationship management.
- Act as a single point of contact for institutional clients.
- Manage renewals, contract discussions, and upselling opportunities.
- Identify expansion potential through customer data insights and feedback.
- Ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.
- Liaise with international clients and internal US/UK teams for alignment.
- Share strategic feedback for product enhancements and localization.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India for institutional visits.
- Travel support includes TA, lodging, and fooding arrangements.
- Minimum 9 years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong experience in EdTech and SaaS domains.
- Proven success in managing high-value clients in the education sector.
- Prior international exposure (US/UK/Canada/NZ/Australia) within the last 2-3 years.
- Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital platforms.
- Work Mode: Work From Office is preferred (WFH only if criteria are fully met)
- Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturday Off)
- Target Market: Reputed Universities & Colleges in Pan India
- Travel Requirement: TA + Lodging + Fooding covered
