We are looking for a skilled and experienced
Lathe Operator with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in lathe turning and basic milling operations. The ideal candidate should have a background in precision machining and mechanical manufacturing.- Operate lathe machines for turning operations as per drawing specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and measurements.
- Perform basic milling operations as needed.
- Inspect finished components for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain the machine and tools in good working condition.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on the shop floor.
- Experience with conventional lathe machines.
- Knowledge of milling, turning, and manual machining.
- Qualification as a Turner (ITI/Diploma preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge of basic measurement tools like vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Willingness to work in a production environment.
