We are looking for a proactive and results-driven
Lead Generation Expert to join our Sales team. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads to support the sales pipeline and contribute to revenue growth.- Research and identify potential leads through online sources (LinkedIn, job boards, directories, etc.)
- Build and maintain a prospect database.
- Qualify leads via email, calls, and other channels.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to schedule meetings and hand over qualified leads.
- Track lead generation metrics and optimize outreach strategies.
- Use CRM tools to update and maintain lead information.
- 1�3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, or other prospecting tools.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or tech services.
- Understanding of sales funnels and marketing automation tools.
- Fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
- Growth opportunities within the sales and marketing teams.
- Exposure to global markets and clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
