We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Mail Room Specialist to manage daily courier operations and oversee the secure packaging and shipping of IT assets. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in mailroom logistics, shipping coordination, and asset tracking. This role requires exceptional time management, communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company equipment and documents.- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries for the company.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping of IT assets including laptops.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, returns, and asset transfers using company systems or tracking software.
- Ensure all outgoing shipments are packaged securely and labeled according to shipping regulations and company protocols.
- Track shipments proactively and resolve any delivery issues or delays.
- Handle sensitive or confidential packages with discretion and professionalism.
- Support any other operational requirements as per the business.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a mailroom, shipping/logistics, or facilities support role.
- Proven experience managing courier services and handling high-value or sensitive shipments.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Clear communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential materials securely.
