JD – Digital Marketing Manager


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record in both online and offline marketing, particularly in the luxury real estate sector. The ideal candidate must have worked with leading real estate companies and successfully catered to High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs). This role demands a strategic thinker, creative storyteller, and execution expert with strong leadership and analytical skills.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Marketing Strategy & Planning


  • Develop and implement integrated 360° marketing strategies (digital + traditional) to promote luxury real estate offerings.
  • Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and positioning strategies.
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure optimal ROI.


2. Digital Marketing Execution


  • Lead all digital initiatives including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Oversee website design, performance, and content strategy to enhance lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Drive online lead generation and track lead quality and conversions through CRM tools.


3. Offline Marketing Initiatives


  • Plan and execute ATL/BTL activities such as print ads, hoardings, events, exhibitions, brochures, and other promotional collateral.
  • Manage public relations, media planning, and community engagement activities.
  • Build partnerships with luxury lifestyle brands and influencers for co-branded events or campaigns.


4. Creative & Branding


  • Own brand communication strategy to maintain consistent tone, voice, and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Conceptualize and oversee the creation of high-impact creatives, videos, brochures, and digital content tailored for HNIs.
  • Work closely with creative teams, designers, agencies, and production vendors.
  • Coordinate with designer and creates written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages.


5. Performance Tracking & Reporting


  • Monitor and analyze performance of all marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, etc.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports with insights and suggestions for improvement.
  • Continuously optimize marketing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimisation Provide constructive feedback.
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.


Key Requirements:


  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in marketing, with at least 5/6 years in real estate marketing targeted at HNIs.
  • Industry Background: Must have worked with reputed real estate developers in the luxury segment.
  • Education: Any Graduates or Postgraduates specialized in Marketing / Mass Communication / Digital Marketing or related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, social media, Google tools)
  • Expertise in offline marketing, event planning, and branding
  • Excellent creative thinking and storytelling ability
  • Strong project management, leadership, and vendor coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Solid experience in handling the entire gamut of Digital Marketing such as webinars, blogging, social media marketing, Google Analytics, affiliate marketing, remarketing..., etc., and BTL Activities


Nice to Have:


  • Prior experience working with marketing automation and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Understanding of luxury consumer behavior and preferences
  • Network of media agencies, influencers, and creative partners


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
