The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the brand, increasing footfall, and driving sales through creative marketing campaigns, strategic partnerships, and community engagement. The role requires both digital and offline marketing skills tailored to the food & beverage/hospitality sector.
Promote Bong Pizza and its sister brands through online and offline campaigns.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for new store openings, offers, seasonal menus, and festivals.
Handle day-to-day posting, engagement, and performance tracking across social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
Coordinate with the design team or create engaging content (photos, reels, blogs) for digital platforms.
Conduct local promotions, sampling drives, and tie-ups with schools, colleges, offices, and residential areas.
Study competitors, analyze footfall trends, and suggest marketing strategies to improve visibility and sales.
Support franchise outlets in their local marketing efforts by providing guidance and promotional materials.
Plan and organize events, food fests, and collaborations to enhance brand presence.
Liaise with vendors for printing, hoardings, flyers, merchandise, etc.
Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.
