Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager based in Siliguri to drive business development and sales in the 2-wheeler and 3-wheeler battery and spare parts segment. The ideal candidate will have strong dealer network connections and a proven track record in the automotive battery market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies in the local and regional battery/spare parts market
Strengthen the dealer/distributor network and enhance channel performance
Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the 2W/3W segment
Lead a small team of field sales executives and manage their targets
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals with consistent follow-ups
Coordinate with internal operations and logistics for timely dispatches
Candidate Profile:
Experience in battery (Exide preferred), mobil oil, or spare parts industry
Strong local market knowledge of Siliguri and surrounding regions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Experience:
- sales in the automotive battery/spare parts sector: 4 years (Preferred)
