We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead and expand the spare parts business in Kolkata. The candidate should be currently working or have past experience with well-known spare parts brands or dealer networks and possess strong connections in the North/Eastern India region.
Manage and expand the dealer/distributor network in the automotive spare parts market
Develop regional marketing campaigns and new channel development strategies
Generate monthly business reports and analyze sales performance
Conduct market mapping and identify high-growth opportunities
Liaise with the sales team to drive execution on the ground
Provide customer support, handle escalations, and maintain satisfaction
Candidate Profile:
Strong product knowledge of automotive spare parts (2W/4W)
North Indian or Siliguri-origin candidates preferred
Hands-on experience with Minda, Lumax, or similar dealer/distributor brands

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
