Job Title: MERN Stack Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate

MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for building, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong foundation in JavaScript and experience delivering end-to-end solutions in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy dynamic web applications using the MERN stack.
  
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries using React.js.
  
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
  
• Manage and maintain MongoDB databases, ensuring performance and security.
  
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to implement application features.
  
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
  
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and bug fixing.
  
• Work within an Agile/Scrum development environment and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with MERN stack development.
  
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  
• Hands-on experience with React.js and related state management tools (Redux, Context API).
  
• Experience with Node.js, Express.js, and building REST APIs.
  
• Proficient in MongoDB (including Mongoose ORM).
  
• Familiarity with Git and version control tools (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).
  
• Good understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, or GraphQL.
  
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Heroku).
  
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
  
• Previous experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
