Conduct weekly tests, unit tests, and term exams
Check answer sheets and maintain student performance records
Identify weak students and provide remedial teaching
Prepare and maintain report cards
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
Handle student behavior and escalate serious concerns to coordinator/principal
Maintain attendance records
Arrange seating plans, group work, and peer learning
