Organisational Development Supervisor
The OD Supervisor is responsible for improving the employee productivity by enhancing skillset and competence required to perform the jobs. This position assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. This position actively searches, designs and implements effective methods to train and improve performance. Supervise OD staff to ensure performance.
Your Future Role
Your profile
Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Social Work
Welfare Officer certification is a plus
At least 12 years of experience in Training and Organization Development with Mfg. industry. Experience in multiple plants responsibility is preferred.
Exposure to leading OD initiatives & tools
3-5 years of supervisory experience
A team builder with excellent people skills; culturally sensitive and has the ability and interest to identify and work with a multicultural team
Ability to work in Matrix Organization
Conflict Management
Advanced Excel & presentation skills
Strong analytical and quantitative competencies
Understands complex concepts and the relationships between issues or problems
Effectively communicates across organization and is confident in interacting with senior leadership team
Exposure to content development, coaching techniques, SAP SF tool
