Job Summary:


We are seeking a results-driven

Digital Marketing Manager with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in managing high-performance digital campaigns for both lead generation and e-commerce businesses. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, preferably within a digital marketing agency environment. Candidates with experience in handling international clients and a strong understanding of diverse market dynamics will be given preference.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan, execute, and optimize data-driven digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies for lead generation and e-commerce clients, ensuring measurable ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights and regular reports to clients.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and ensure on-time delivery of campaign goals and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and development teams to align campaign goals with creative assets and landing page experiences.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Lead strategy discussions and performance reviews with international clients, ensuring strong communication and satisfaction.


Key Requirements:


  • 4�6 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media.
  • Hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts � must be able to independently set up, manage, and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong experience in lead generation and e-commerce campaign management.
  • Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of managing international client accounts across various industries.
  • Solid understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, etc.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


Preferred:


  • Candidates currently based in Delhi
  • Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.
