We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and multi-skilled

Personal Assistant to support our Founder & Lead Aesthetic Physician. This role goes far beyond traditional assistant work — you’ll be the right hand to a visionary doctor, handling everything from social media, training systems, to marketing coordination and daily operational execution.


Key Responsibilities


Manage and prioritize daily schedules, meetings, communications, and reminders

Coordinate, plan, and assist in

shooting professional social media content

Work closely with the

video editor and graphic designer for timely publishing

Handle

Instagram & Meta page: content planning, posting, replying, and engaging

Conceptualize campaign ideas aligned with brand identity

Coordinate with marketing vendors & service providers

Assist in

creating SOPs, manuals, and training modules for clinic staff

Organize internal team training on soft skills, CRM usage, and workflows

Research and implement

automation tools like WhatsApp CRM, email marketing, etc.

Work as a

bridge between the doctor and the team, ensuring tasks move forward without micromanagement

Ensure confidentiality of

personal, medical, and business information at all times

Conduct

1 corporate tie-up per month for doctor-led wellness talks

Maintain follow-up and task checklists (daily/weekly EOD reports)


Must-Have Skills


  • Excellent spoken & written English + confident communication
  • Social media management experience (Instagram, YouTube, Meta)
  • Basic knowledge of Canva / content creation tools
  • Project coordination and multitasking
  • Organized and dependable � delivers without reminders
  • Tech-savvy: Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, CRMs, WhatsApp Business, etc.
  • Highly professional, loyal, and discreet
  • Preferred Background
  • Experience as Executive Assistant / Admin / Social Media Coordinator
  • Background in healthcare, wellness, or marketing is a plus
  • Strong passion for aesthetics, personal wellness, and branding


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
