We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and multi-skilled
Personal Assistant to support our Founder & Lead Aesthetic Physician. This role goes far beyond traditional assistant work — you’ll be the right hand to a visionary doctor, handling everything from social media, training systems, to marketing coordination and daily operational execution.Manage and prioritize daily schedules, meetings, communications, and reminders
Coordinate, plan, and assist in
shooting professional social media contentWork closely with the
video editor and graphic designer for timely publishingHandle
Instagram & Meta page: content planning, posting, replying, and engagingConceptualize campaign ideas aligned with brand identity
Coordinate with marketing vendors & service providers
Assist in
creating SOPs, manuals, and training modules for clinic staffOrganize internal team training on soft skills, CRM usage, and workflows
Research and implement
automation tools like WhatsApp CRM, email marketing, etc.Work as a
bridge between the doctor and the team, ensuring tasks move forward without micromanagementEnsure confidentiality of
personal, medical, and business information at all timesConduct
1 corporate tie-up per month for doctor-led wellness talksMaintain follow-up and task checklists (daily/weekly EOD reports)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
