Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (Preferably in the Food & Beverage industry, MNC experience preferred)
- Education: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance
- Preferred ITI Trades: Fitter, Electrician, Mechanical Maintenance
- Execute and manage routine maintenance schedules for plant machinery and equipment.
- Perform regular inspections to detect early signs of wear or faults.
- Quickly respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize operational downtime.
- Diagnose issues and perform repairs or coordinate with external service technicians.
- Ensure smooth functioning of electrical, mechanical, and utility systems including:
- HVAC, Plumbing, AHU, RO Systems, Air Compressors, Generators, etc.
- Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and critical maintenance supplies.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdown slips, and machinery history.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure machine operator safety training.
- Assist in risk assessments and enforce plant safety protocols.
