Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Production Chemist to join our manufacturing team at Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in chemical processes and hands-on experience in a production or laboratory environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Execute day-to-day chemical manufacturing operations as per SOPs and batch production records.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Operate and monitor production equipment such as reactors, filtration units, dryers, etc.
- Perform in-process checks and maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with QC, QA, and warehouse teams for smooth production workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the production area.
- Report deviations, incidents, and equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
- Support process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with GMP guidelines.
Key Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Chemistry or a related discipline (M.Sc. preferred but not mandatory).
- 1�3 years of relevant experience in chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Knowledge of handling lab chemicals and basic instruments.
- Awareness of production safety norms and good documentation practices.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
