The Program Manager will be responsible for managing data systems, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting program teams with insights for decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in NGO settings, strong analytical skills, and a passion for social impact.
â—Design and maintain project-specific MIS tools and dashboards
â—Ensure timely and accurate data entry, validation, and storage
â—Coordinate with teams for regular data collection and updates
â—Manage digital platforms (Google Forms, Excel-based trackers)
â—Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for internal and donor use
â—Create visual summaries (charts, graphs, dashboards) for program reviews
â—Support donor reporting and impact documentation (case studies, success stories)
â—Present findings to leadership for strategic decision-making
â—Provide support on database management and ensure data quality
â—Experience in donor-funded projects or CSR partnerships
â—Familiarity with monitoring & evaluation frameworks and impact measurement
â—Ability to work in multicultural teams and rural settings
â—Commitment to transparency, accountability, and ethical data practices
